Through informational kiosks and memorabilia displays, elementary
and high school students can discover the past. Students
of all ages can explore the meaning of service to our country.
REMEMBER
OUR PAST TO SHAPE OUR FUTURE
The stories of the wars and conflicts in which our Veterans
have served need to be preserved—and also told, again
and again, to keep history alive. Sharing these memories
also strengthens connections across generations, as today’s
youth learn more about their parents’ and grandparents’
contributions. The Veterans Bell Tower Memorial encourages
all visitors to contemplate the past—and apply its
lessons to our future.
CREATE
A COMMUNITY ASSET
Drawing visitors from across the country, the Veterans Bell
Tower Memorial will promote economic development in southeastern
Wisconsin, especially in Pewaukee and in Waukesha County.
Equally important, it will become a place of connection
for the community—a place where families and civic
groups can gather to honor, to educate, to remember.
